The Major Finding project is about testing and reviewing firearms, optics, accessories and other various items, related to sport shooting or hunting.
We do not just test al kind of equipment but we also produce videos and reports about it. This means that not only the manufacturer benefits from our findings, but also people who are interested in these things and may also want to buy them.
We already had some very good experience with Austrian manufacturers and would like to bring Austrian products closer to others. The focus will not be exclusively on Austria although, but we will look at things from all over Europe and beyond.
Not only is there an abundance of manufacturers, but there is also an abundance of manufacturing expertise right here in Europe. Our goal is to introduce high
quality manufacturers to a wider audience and to show more people that European manufacturers are amongst the top and that one can find basically anything on this continent.
And not least since the outbreak of the pandemic in march 2020, it has become clear how important it is, to have alternative solutions nearby.
Evaluate, Adapt, Improve
Every item that we review, is tested objectively and realistically - that's why our reports are as unbiased as possible. All reports and videos only reflect our own opinion and this very opinion can not be bought.
That is one major difference between us as reviewers, and influencers. Our goal is to provide useful information and not to be someone´s mouthpiece.
Nonetheless, we see the whole project as a teamwork – accordingly, we actively approach companies that we believe produce interesting products and ask if they are interested in cooperating with us.
All work on firearms should be carried out by a licensed individual and all state and federal rules apply to such. Our videos are for documentary and educational purposes only.
All actions performed in these videos are carried out by and/or under the supervision of trained professionals.
Always follow the 4 rules of gun safety!
A student says to his master:
”You teach me fighting, but you talk about peace.
How do you reconcile the two?"
The master replies: "It is better to be a Warrior in a Garden,
than a Gardener in a War.”
