The Major Finding project is about testing and reviewing firearms, optics, accessories and other various items, related to sport shooting, hunting or “tactical” equipment.
We do not just test al kind of equipment but we also produce videos and reports about it. Our goal is to let you participate in our experience so that you can save yourself any bad purchases and find the right equipment for your projects straight away. Through the feedback via our social media channels, we can find out together where the best equipment is available for the relevant tasks and where it pays to buy cheap alternatives -
We already had some very good experience with Austrian Brands and retailers and would like to bring Austrian products closer to others. The focus will not be exclusively on Austria although, but we will look at things from all over Europe and beyond.
Not least since the outbreak of the pandemic in march 2020, it has become clear how important it is, to have alternative solutions nearby.
Evaluate, Adapt, Improve
Every item that we review, is tested objectively and realistically - that's why our reports are as unbiased as possible. All reports and videos only reflect our own opinion and this very opinion cannot be bought.
That is one major difference between us as reviewers, and others who are just influencers.
Our goal is to provide useful information and not to be someone´s mouthpiece.
Nonetheless, we see the whole project as a teamwork – accordingly, we actively approach companies that we believe produce interesting products and ask if they are interested in cooperating with us.
A student says to his master:
”You teach me fighting, but you talk about peace.
How do you reconcile the two?"
The master replies: "It is better to be a Warrior in a Garden,
than a Gardener in a War.”
